Movement:
Begin standing with feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
Holding a club with both hands also shoulder width apart.
Push your hips back as you lower your body into a squatting position.
Simultaneously raise the club up to shoulder height with straight arms.
Return to standing and lower club. Repeat for desired number of repetitions.

Club to ball impact, is a very short blow (0.0005 second) and travels barely an inch between first touching the ball and losing contact with it. However, very high speed is generated (100 miles per hour with a driver). The average force applied during this time works out to about 1400 pounds.

Purpose - To stretch the quadriceps, muscles on the front of the upper leg
Movement:
Lie on your stomach.
Bend right leg and wrap rope around foot.
Pull rope towards head.
Goal is to get foot as close to glutes as possible while keeping both hips on the ground.
Hold 20-30seconds. DO NOT BOUNCE!
Switch legs and repeat.
