Golf Drill - Front Foot Crossover Back Foot

Purpose – To train the hips to not open to early in the downswing and to keep them from over rotating in the backswing.
Action
Start in a standing position and cross your front foot in from of the back foot.
The feet should be very close together.
Use a short iron and make your normal swing.
