It is so key to have the hands working together. I think nerves and overthinking are the biggest reason the dominant hand takes over... the dreaded pinching of the thumb and forefinger. The hands must move as one! Hold the clus as if you are holding a bird firm enough to kepp it from flying away, but soft enough not to hurt it.

Lynn,

I'm a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Instructor, Pilates for Golf Coach (tm) instructor, Pilates instructor and have been doing this part-time. I've written many articles and worked with Mike Wright of Mike Wright's Golf Pilates and edited and re-wrote the 2nd edition of his book on Pilates for Golfers. I'd love to go full-time with golf fitness and would love any advise you might have from website design comments, to marketing advise. I live in Charlotte, NC so I don't think I'm in your area from a competition standpoint. I've worked with a local women's college team, teach one-on-one and offer clinics and feel there is a big void in reaching women golfers. A women's only gym and I will be offering classes in Feb but it is only a start.
Any advise you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
My cell is 704-877-9556 if you would rather speak than write.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Alan
